B. Davis Scholarship

The creators of the Student Award Search Aidwebsite are offering a scholarship for 2018.

SASSY AWARDS

The 2018 SASSY (service above self student youth) award nominations are now open.  Go to sassyawardslangley.ca for more information and to see if you fit the criteria for nomination.  If you think you or somebody you know is eligible please see Mrs. Faber in the counselling office.  Deadline for nominations is Monday March 5th, 2018.

Pete Swensson award:

The Pete Swensson Outstanding Community Youth Award is awarded annually to a Langley student in grade 11 or 12 to recognize athletic achievements, scholastic effort, community involvement, and personal qualities. This prestigious award is in memory of Pete Swensson, an internationally recognized athlete, the originator of the Langley Walk, and an outstanding member of the community. Interested students should see Mrs. Faber before January 15th.

Schulich Leader Scholarships

Grade 12 students pursuing a STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) post secondary program who are strong academically and can demonstrate significant leadership and/or financial need may be eligible for a Schulich Leader Scholarship worth between $80000 to $100000.  Please go to schulichleaders.com for more information and if you’d like to put your name forward to be nominated by the school please see Mrs. Faber by December 22nd.
