SCHOLARSHIPS: Applications are due March 6
There are over 50 Grade 12 Scholarships available for Brookswood students. Remember that scholarships are not exclusively based on academic standings, There are awards for those who are pursuing careers as a firefighter, various trades, film studies, graduates from Glenwood or Noel Booth, athletics, volunteering and many more! Completed applications are due by March 6 to Ms. Dennison in the Counselling Office.
DOUGLAS COLLEGE FIELD TRIP: Wednesday, March 11
Open to Grade 10-12 Students. Learn about programs in Child & Youth worker, Therapist, Social Worker and more. Visit the Career Center for more details.
Encounters Canada is offering rebates on trips from now until the end of May. Trips are $100 – $150 off, so you could get the chance to travel to Ottawa for a week, everything included for as little as $600. Visit the counselling office for more information.
